Yoav Schreiber
Yoav Schreiber, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Schreiber came to Clarisite with 14 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry, spanning from start up firms to publicly traded companies. Mr. Schreiber led Development and Product groups at Mercury and then at Hewlett-Packard (HP).

Yoav Schreiber is the CEO of Clarisite and part of its founding team. He holds a Master's degree in Business and Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
Andrew Stacy
Andrew Stacy, Managing Director UK and Ireland
Andrew leads Clarisite’s Sales, Marketing and Operations in the UK and Ireland. He brings with him over 30 years experience. He is a Financial Services professional and Chief Operating Officer with an extensive and proven track record of success at executive and Board level. He has managed large complex operations and led major change programmes. Andrew has worked for a number of blue chip companies including Capita, Unum, NatWest and Allied Dunbar (Zurich).

In that time, Andrew has been responsible for the creation and ongoing management of large, diverse and geographically dispersed businesses and customer service operations, led and managed all aspects of group and individual life, pensions and unit trust operations and delivered high quality, cost effective customer service. Andrew has also been responsible for managing IT, risk, compliance and audit functions and has a passion for quality and customer service.

Andrew is using all this wealth of experience to bring Clarisite to the UK and Irish markets.
Yaron Gueta Yaron Gueta, Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Yaron Gueta brings over a decade of research and development experience to Clarisite. Prior to co-founding Clarisite, Mr. Gueta was a research and development manager at Hewlett-Packard/Mercury, where he led the development of the Real User Monitor product line from its initial design to multi-million dollars in annual sales. Prior to this position, Mr. Gueta took a leading role in the research and development teams of successful start up companies Pixel Technologies and Cellular Magic.
Hanan Blumstein Hanan Blumstein, Vice President, Products
Hanan Blumstein co-founded Clarisite, bringing the firm over 14 years of experience in the high-tech industry, in both successful start up companies and in major publicly traded corporations. Mr. Blumstein has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar Ilan University. 
Mr. Blumstein served as Research and Development Manager and Functional Architect for Hewlett-Packard/Mercury, where he was responsible for the international collaborative development of the HP SOA Solution as well as the development of other patent-pending innovations. Mr. Blumstein also led the development of the company’s End User Management application, an annual multi-million dollar product line used by most Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to this position, Mr. Blumstein held key roles in product development for ECtel/Neteye, Amdocs and Motorola.

Christopher Daniels Christopher Daniels
Chris is currently Managing Director of Technology Executive Group (“TEG”), a New York-based technology consulting and executive search firm. He joined TEG in 2011 after spending over 20 years in the enterprise software, telephony infrastructure and contact center applications markets. Immediately prior to joining TEG, Chris was based in London as the VP, Financial Services Business Unit for NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE), an $800M enterprise software company headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. He reported directly to the President of NICE’s Enterprise Product Group and had global P&L responsibility for the company’s financial services products.

Prior to NICE Systems, Chris served as CEO at Nicom Technologies, Inc., a leading telephony VAR that he exited to a $200M+ systems integrator. Chris also held several Vice President positions with Avaya managing indirect channels and global accounts with revenue responsibility in excess of $250M. He has an in-depth knowledge of business development, emerging technologies and large-scale global sales management. Chris also serves on the Boards of several early-stage technology companies whose products are focused on the cloud and mobile applications space. He earned an MBA from New York University and a BA in International Relations from Bucknell University.
Moti Shniberg
Moti Shniberg
Chairman of the Artist Pension Trust and Mutualart.com, Mr. Shinberg is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience founding and managing global businesses in myriad industries. In 2003, Mr. Shniberg was the creative force behind the Artist Pension Trust (APT), which he co-founded and where he served as CEO until 2006.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Company, which is a revolutionary financial product (patented) that provides long-term financial security to artists. From 2009 Mr. Shniberg has served as the chairman of MutualArt, a unique online service providing its members comprehensive information about artists, the art market, and art events around the world. Mr. Shniberg co-founded Face.com in 2007, and has since served as active Chairman.  Face.com is the leading face recognition-based image tagging service for social networks.  It is currently licensed to the leading global social networks. In 2010, Mr. Shniberg co-founded FDNA.com, a developer of non-invasive genetic screening solutions for fetuses and newborns.
Shachar Efal Shachar Efal
Shachar Efal is an information technology services sector expert and one of the most highly regarded IT executives in Israel. Mr. Efal has served in a number of executive management positions at the NASDAQ-listed IT services conglomerate Ness Technologies, including Chief Executive Officer of Ness Israel, Global Software Distribution President, and Global Business Development President. A talented corporate finance dealmaker and process manager, he led more than ten M&A transactions to successful conclusions for Ness.

Mr. Efal is currently a Partner in QuantumWave Capital, an investment banking boutique providing highly-specialized merger and acquisition advisory services to selected Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) sector corporations with a focus on mobile internet.
